Welcome to iZenesis. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — they exist to keep things fair and clear for both of us.
1. Our Services
iZenesis provides web design, development and ongoing website care (our Web Concierge service). The specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes & Payment
We are committed to fair, transparent pricing. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Projects typically require a deposit to begin, with the balance due on completion or per the agreed schedule. Concierge plans are billed monthly in advance.
3. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver on time, you agree to provide content, feedback and approvals promptly, and to ensure any materials you supply are yours to use. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you. We may retain the right to display the finished work in our portfolio. Third-party assets remain under their respective licences.
6. Warranties & Liability
We build with a strong emphasis on quality, security and robustness, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to that point remain payable. Concierge plans may be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the revision date shown above.
